"Ekaante as is suggestive of its name, is actual bliss in "Solitude".
An amazingly landscaped and well laid out gated community, it is beautifully nestled amidst lush green foliage and fields. The amenities are most modern, the villas are very spacious and well-constructed and the lawns wonderfully manicured. The high speed net connectivity and satellite TV keeps one connected both with work and entertainment.
Yet what really strikes a chord and helps to make the final decision for selecting this second home is the extremely organized, warm and ever helpful attitude of Preetam and his team. "The first time I visited Ekaante Villa was with my friend, who was interested in buying a property in India. The minute I walked into this place I fell in love with it. "When we first visited Ekaante, we were reminded of one of our favourite hotels, the Taj Holiday Village Resort and Spa in Goa. Mediterranean-Indian villas, verandas with arches, red-tiled roofs, flowering gardens and swaying palms. All immaculately maintained with paved (not potholed) streets, fresh breeze rich with oxygen ideal for pollution-weary city- dwellers. Rather than isolated bungalows, this was a community of friendly neighbours in the surrounding villas within a secure gated complex.
Moving in was a comfortable and enjoyable experience because of the assistance of the Ekaante team of experts. Our truckloads of furniture were received and put in place according to our instructions, lights and fans were installed by helpful electricians, double-beds assembled and paintings put up by the efficient carpentry team, gas and electrical connections obtained before we moved in. The housekeeping and garden staff ensured daily maintenance.
